Services

Big Screen Pro provides:

• Indoor LED screen rental

• Outdoor LED screen rental

• LED screen sales and permanent installations

• Custom LED screen solutions

• Delivery, setup, dismantling, and technical support

Service availability may vary by location and project scope.

 

Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are strictly confirmed only after:

• A formal contract or service agreement is signed, and

• The required deposit is received and cleared

Verbal discussions, email conversations, or provisional quotes do not constitute a confirmed booking.

Big Screen Pro reserves the right to decline or reschedule services if confirmation requirements are not met.

 

Pricing & Payments

• Pricing is based on event details, duration, location, and screen configuration

• Final pricing is confirmed in the signed agreement

• Any additional requirements requested after confirmation may result in revised pricing

Payment terms, including the deposit amount and payment timelines for the balance, will be specified in the contract.

 

Cancellations & Changes

All cancellations are subject to cancellation fees, as outlined in the signed agreement.

• Cancellation fees may vary based on notice period and project scope

• Late cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit

• Changes to event dates, locations, or requirements may be treated as cancellations and rebookings

No exceptions will be made once equipment, logistics, or staffing have been allocated.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details and timelines

• Ensuring safe, accessible installation locations

• Supplying adequate power and venue permissions

• Maintaining a secure environment during the event

Any delays or issues caused by venue restrictions or unsafe conditions may impact service delivery.

 

Equipment Care & Liability

• All equipment remains the property of Big Screen Pro unless sold under a purchase agreement

• Clients are responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unsafe conditions

• Big Screen Pro is not liable for interruptions caused by power failure, weather conditions, or venue-related limitations

 

Limitation of Liability

Big Screen Pro shall not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control

• Loss of revenue, data, or indirect damages

• Event disruptions resulting from venue or third-party actions

Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the services contracted.

 

Intellectual Property

All content, images, and materials on this website remain the intellectual property of Big Screen Pro and may not be reproduced without written consent.

 

Changes to Terms
